Homemade fresh pasta sheets layered with slow-cooked, silky and rich beef Bolognese and covered in tomato sauce and béchamel.

Cooking instructions: pierce the lid and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees, then carefully remove the film and leave in the oven until the top is bubbling and browned.
