Spinach and pumpkin béchamel lasagna
Fresh egg and spinach lasagna sheets layered with pumpkin béchamel, thyme-roasted pumpkin pieces, Parmesan cheese and sautéed.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees, using tongs carefully remove the lid and put it back in the oven for another 10 minutes until the top is bubbling and browned.
Product contains Parmesan cheese therefore not marked as vegetarian.
