Who we are
Pasta e Basta is a family-run fresh pasta company based in Hackney, east London. We make pasta, gnocchi and ravioli using freshly cracked free range eggs and organic Shipton Mill semolina. Our pesto, sauces and ragùs are always made fresh using seasonal ingredients. We deliver our pasta in EAST and NORTH London (see our map) and cater events.

Pesto and sauces
We offer a range of pestos and pasta sauces such as sundried tomato and roasted garlic pesto or our signature slow cooked pork sausage ragu.
Beetroot gnocchi
Roasted beetroot gnocchi is truly our star dish. We serve it with blue cheese sauce, hazelnuts and rocket and it’s been our best-seller since we started.

We are part of London Farmers Markets – a community of farmers and food producers based in London and the surrounding areas. You can find us at Bloomsbury, Parliament Hill and Marylebone farmers’ markets – check our calendar for times and locations.
