Pasta e Basta (translates “just pasta”) are producers, a street food stall and caterers. We make our pasta, gnocchi, pesto and sauces in small batches in our kitchen in Hackney using local and seasonal ingredients. You can buy our products at London Farmers Markets or find Fabrizio, a chef in his own right, flipping the pans and serving lunch crowds at various London markets and street food events. And if you, just like many of our regular customers, think that our food is to die for (well, at least will-travel-to-another-part-of-London for), book us to cater your event.
